LCA Talent Management was founded in 2021 by Chantal and Terri, born from a passion for helping performers shine. Our journey began with Chantal’s award-winning Screen Acting School, Lights Camera Action — based in Hampshire and Dorset — where students of all ages learn every aspect of the TV and film industry.

As the talent within the school continued to grow, we saw incredible potential and decided to create something more: an agency that could represent and champion our performers, helping them take the next step in their careers.

Today, LCA Talent proudly represents clients from babies to adults across the UK. Since launching, we’ve built strong, lasting relationships with casting directors and production companies, many of whom return to work with us time and again.

Our mission is simple — to bring out the best in every performer we represent. We’re passionate, hands-on, and dedicated to helping our actors reach their full potential — because when they succeed, we all shine.

About Chantal

Trained at TVI Actors Studio in Los Angeles and The International School of Screen Acting in London, Chantal brings a wealth of professional experience to everything she does. Having worked across TV, theatre, and film, she returned to her hometown with a passion to share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of performers.

Chantal’s goal has always been simple: to help her students believe in themselves and become the best version of who they want to be. Through hands-on experience — from filmmaking to live performance — she gives her students opportunities she never had growing up.

As both a teacher and talent agent, Chantal truly understands her students, recognising their individual strengths and potential. She works closely with each client to ensure they deliver their best work — from performance coaching to creating high-quality audition tapes that stand out to casting directors.

In Loving Memory of Terri ❤️

In April 2024, we sadly lost our dear co-founder Terri. Her passion, dedication, and belief in every performer helped shape LCA Talent Management into what it is today.

The agency continues to grow and thrive in her memory, honouring her vision and the incredible spirit she brought to everything she did. Terri will always be a part of LCA — inspiring us to keep making dreams come true.
