Our Story

How we started making dreams come true.

LCA Talent Management was set up in 2021 by Chantal and Terri. It all started up from Chantal’s Award-winning Screen Acting School 'Lights Camera Action'. This is based in Hampshire and Dorset teaching all ages the whole aspect of the TV and film industry. As we have so many talented students we decided to work together and represent our students and bring out the best in them. As well as this, we also represent anyone from all over the country from ages Babies- Adults.

Chantal- 

Trained at the TVI actors’ studio in Los Angles and The International School of Screen and Acting in London.

Chantal has done professional acting work in TV, Theatre and Film. She decided to move back to her hometown and start teaching children everything she had passion for.  Her goal is for her students to believe in themselves and to become the person they want to be. Chantal gives them hands on experience from making films to live production. Chantal share's everything that she has learnt which she never had growing up. As a Teacher and Agent Chantal gets the full understanding of her students and will put them up for anything they are cable off.

As an agency, we are here to help you grow and work together. Having a great relationship with our clients is so important. From starting in the Industry as Actors, we understand what it's like from an actors point of view in the industry. 

We work super hard, networking with Casting Directors to help our clients get known in the industry and to book jobs.

TUnfortunately we sadly lost Terri in April 2024. The agency will keep going strong in Remembrance for her. ❤️
